With regulations ensuring Mali contractors and locals etc must be employed the Aus/US $ spent by miners will add much more than the expected revenue increases from taxes, royalties and dividends.
The multiplier effect on each $ put in by mining alone will kick the Mali economy along big time.
Dont underestimate our importance to Mali.
