im not saying DSO is not still there! I'm only saying (trying to) that the JV had to discuss with the gov before confirming the DSO is temporarily suspended. This way they could address and inform the market accurately before resuming trading. If some PPL think they should stay suspended whilst DSO is suspended well I personally see no reason to.
