This is identical to the language the AVZ gang had. it got them now where, it gets bogged down and you are in suspension for month or years. A Junta does not make legislation through parliaments and chambers, they change this while having a smoke and do as they like, get that into your heads. Make the deal, give them what they want, get trading and get out.
