Sets a precedence as their licence was issued in 2021. Hard to argue now that Goulamina is under the new mining code..any court or arbitration would agree one would think.
As Simon said in the conference call there maybe some minor parts of the new code applicable to Goulamina, most likely this current suspension is in response to that.
Wait and see I guess, patience is required.
