Whilst I’d disagree with everything you have written, wouldn’t it make sense that LLL foot the bill, if there was one, if they want gov backing? Why would a holder of FFX who isn’t a holder of LLL (or even a holder of both for that matter) agree to this? Current $50m by LLL would cost LLL holders around 4c a share at todays value. 100m LLL share from FFX holders would cost them 50% of the remaining value…
