I get the same suspicions since they only started disallowing exemptions on duties since July. This is most likely related to FFX and once resolved they will hopefully reinstate the duty exemptions which are forecast to cost 50 mil anyway. They may give the Mail gov escrowed FFX shares or a percent thereof to make up for FFX poor handling of the mine closure.
