Precisely what I've been saying. This extended suspension will not alter the Sovereign risk and Management for sure knows what the deal with Mali Gov is by now. They should inform us promptly, not use delay tactics to get us used to the bad news.
As this article points out, similar risk occurred in Tanzania, hit the market badly but eventually several companies have been able to work with it and attract investors.
Management should cut this delay nonsense ( as if all is not known yet) and give us a chance to decide what to do with what's left of our money.
