Obvious errors in this report: 5% ownership transfer worth US$137 m, not $37 m. Worst scenario, Leo has 29.25% ownership, not 10%. I believe Mali Gov does not want to fail the project. No DSO, duties and 35% ownership just their strategy to push Leo/Ganfeng for further negotiation.
