between suspensions would be my guess, the last suspension achieved nothing, none of the issues were resolved but they started trading again, ever so briefly, it wouldn’t matter is announced now the damage has been done to this stock, the trust is gone, if it ever trades again IMHO you will be sitting between 25-35 cps, well done management
