Highway robbery honestly. Only directors win here. 56% loss. How can they say this was in the best interest of shareholders?! The company was at a level performing better than ever. Highest customer base, revenue, everything! Surely the right thing to do would be wait for market to get back to strength and let the price reflect fair value!!!
