This is either very good or very bad news. JAY is either struggling to get a CR away or the capital is coming in from overseas (USA most likely). US investors always seem to struggle to get a raise signed off and done within the usual 2 day halt timeframe.
Given the cash JAY had in the bank at the end of last quarter and the likely volume of trips they have been booking there should not be a desperate need for capital (assuming nothing catastrophic has been discovered in the accounts). I am leaning more positive than negative at the moment, so fingers crossed.
