My uninformed and total GUESS….. Magnis don’t have 2 quarters of cash at bank. They’ve gone back to Devolution Capital who aren’t happy about the 8c price in the loan.
My feeling, the secured creditors are going to swamp these guys now.
All this could have been averted with a respected board who know what they’re doing, alas, the FP cheer squad knew better…..
