The problem isn’t demand, it’s the technical ability to produce the stuff at a reasonable capital and operating cost.
We will never know if APC was capable of any of the above.
Their proposed flowsheet aligned them with the failures in the sector. The inflationary environment in WA suggests their estimates were likely to have been very out of date at the time of the demise of their flagship project.
The fundamentals of solar SOP remain intact.
