Haha, fat chance of hearing about anything anytime soon. They are in suspension now.
My guess on what happens from here: this "deal" will be "in negotiation" for months. Eventually we'll hear "unfortunately no deal could be reached", it will languish for a few more months as they "explore all options moving forward" before being wound up sometime in 2025.
