I took part in the placement because it de-risked the path to production. I also knew there were other individuals highly motivated to get this project moving.
When I participate in these raises I do so knowing the share price may adjust to, or below the raise price.
The primary concern for me is to protect my initial investment, while at the same time buying a significant chunk of additional shares at a good price, no brokerage and with a 5
minute phone call.
