Not exactly what I would call a good day, as like you and all, there are times when one needs a dentist even without consuming lollies and with rising costs, may have to resort to a set of pliers or a string tied to the door handles calling out to someone to 'please slam the door shut'.
Thus those wells you're referring to better translate to: well well well, look at the sp go and get seriously blasted on an upward trajectory. Seriously indeed, as the alternate is not that funny.
