I wonder how much of the annulment application is just to buy more time to negotiate, can they get IDA to agree to 70% etc. No idea what IDA would be willing to do but Bronwyn would personally be keen on getting the share price to 15c for performance bonus so it doesn't leave a lot of room (unless the added value can come from elsewhere).
