Thanks, I was trying to make that clear by highlighting and bolding the claimed part. The Winshear settlement would be the equivalent of us settling three years ago, we're at a totally different stage now. Tanzania might still try and negotiate something but I would expect the discount to be pretty small and may well remain at zero. With the rate the interest is accruing there is hardly any rush for IDA.
