TZ's mechanisms for dragging this out any longer are rapidly depleting plus as you say Davisite the interest building ($US 1m /mth) is not great at all for them. The potential massive embarrassment of having assets seized will most likely mean some sort of desperate meeting may be called and offers made but until then I believe we sit tight and with $4m in the bank we can be patient and focus elsewhere where needed.
