Ok, but how does providing cash or a debt facility help her to get control of LTR? She already owns ~20% of the company and is prohibited from buying any further shares unless she launches her own takeover action.
But if the assumption is she wants control, the most logical way to do that would be for a takeover offer to come in 6-12 months when production issues occur and ideally with a SP well below $2.
Why would she want to prop the share price up?
