Thank you @rookstar but I must point out to you and everyone else that I have no inside knowledge of the funding details. I am hoping that it is debt and/or a small CR but it may indeed be a 100% CR at a much lower price (who knows) than the last traded price because the Board just wants it done and to concentrate fully on the production and not have to worry about funding again. There is sense in that also as they are confident of the profitability of KV and know the CR (if there is one) SP will soon be in the rear view mirror. If we are in this for the long haul and dividends, a huge CR is not an issue, for short termers the price could drop dramatically for a while.
Having said that who knows what it will be but the derisking of KV is still then complete and Gina will not be player in this I predict, in fact her buying spree may look a little foolish for a while. Also if the SP does drop because of a massive CR the price will be so compelling that many will buy, including me.
