A: Immaterial if you await dividends - does it matter? Who better to negotiate that people with skin in the game anyway. Also see Australian article from today discussed here for specific and numbers if reliable.

A: Yes. Bank Bill swap rate plus 1.5% as published in announcements.

A: There may not be now in all likelihood - or vía good decision making as usual.

A: is there an element with higher energy density? That’s the insurance policy. Vanadium probably is better for non-vehicles, stationary storage - but too heavy. NaCl looks OK for short range vehicles at similar overall price although what consumers seek are longer range ones.Did you see CATL doubled their energy density this year with new Li tech? Game changer. Allows use in some aircraft. Check it out. Commercially available this year?

A: Likely via creep rules (applicable for holdings like HP at 20%) buy maximum allowable shares at lowest possible price (3% every 6 months). Can’t take over easily due to holders with over 10% who won’t allow it, including holders who’ve sold waiting to buy back.
This is not Atlas iron ore with management and directors who can be bought.
