R22, everyone has reasons sell or buy. All have different legal structures that they can hold shares in. Companies don't have the CGT discounts so timing of the sale of shares varies for most of us here. My reason for selling was that I deemed to see more share price downside than upside at the time, and I am happy for you if you followed me. But to be honest, its just timing because as for a long time holder it changes little as I believe the price will rise well beyond $3 once in production. If it does drop back significantly I will most likely buy a million shares back.
With regards to @vmp, he has been a rock here and a senior and respected poster and I value his knowledge and input.
