Well someone has to start the speculation, mine is that Monday would be better than Friday for sustaining re-rate, secondly more time for digestion of the results (assuming it is a high hit ofcourse).
On the otherhand, if it was a bad news, they would announce it today and hope people will forget and move-on on Monday.
