My own view is that some of you guys are still whistling dixie. I don't think its the deal itself that is unsettled, I think it more the case that the Canadian firm needs to show that it meets ASX requirements for what effectively is a back door listing on the ASX via what effectively is the carcass of Omnia Metals.
As for James Warren being "a mover and shaker" ... ummm ... on performance to date, a belly dancer, maybe. Him having fingers in various pies is however a good example of managing risk through diversification, particularly when dealing with highly speculative junior mining stocks (such as Omnia Metals).
