Speeding ticket generally just asks these questions
1. Is the company aware of any undisclosed information that could explain the recent trading activity. (if yes can an announcement be made, and if no, then why not and when can it be made)
2. Does the company have any other explanation for the abnormal trading activity
3. Confirm the company is compliant with ASX listing rules and regulations
With some sub questions based on their answers.
In my eyes the response will be
1.) No, Isa pending results and interpretation, Eyre pending results and interpretation, NZ assays are being interpreted.
2.) Media article on stockheads
3.) Yes
Took me one minute to answer that. Sure they can add in some more details like dates etc. Point is, it shouldn't take that long.
