Well, based on history, it appears that management have a degree of disdain for SHs - I can't remember the quote exactly, but there was an interview a few years back in which Mike essentially derided SHs as speculative gamblers or something to that effect. The comment was very insightful in terms of how they appear to view/treat SHs. I have no issues with management being driven by the ultimate goal of discovering the 'big one' but if you're going to do it via a publicly traded company, then you have to show some respect for the shareholders and the regulatory processes associated with it - it's not a uni lab ffs!
