ASX says ".....pending the release of an announcement regarding a potential corporate transaction critical to its continued financial viability."


BOD says ".....regarding an alternative corporate transaction that is critical to the Company’s financial viability"

I'm inclined to think we'll still be here by the end of the week. I've invested in the science of Bod Science and if their IP is not worth investing in by another entity, then it was all smoke and mirrors in the first place. I don't believe that is the case.

For me it will be all about the extent of the equity haircut we'll get. Marine "high and tight" is my guess.

Footnote: I have absolutely zero experience in being in this position previously.
