I didn't exactly get that read out of the announcement but riddle me this, if the 'hostile' shareholder remains, how does the company alleviate this problem long term, especially given the claim that the hostile shareholder may be manipulating other shareholders. Either way, it needs to be fixed pronto. The longer the stock remains suspended, the more the brand will be damaged,
