The compliance issue is related to
Section 201 of the corporation Act 2001?
(1) A proprietary company must have at least 1 director. That director must ordinarily
reside in Australia. (2) A public company must have at least 3 directors (not counting
alternate directors)
RFT have announced an additional Australian director ....which is likely to bring them
back in compliance ....doesn't seem huge problem ... but still dissapointing ...jimo
