    There has obviously been a disagreement between large holder/s and the board of directors.

    We should see an Energency General Meeting in which shareholders can elect to vote in new directors.

    or perhaps the exiting directors will be reinstated? - not sure if current vote results can be renigged?

    Either way, one of these people chose to sellonmarket andshare price will collapse.

    now I'm on the speculation train too it seems...
