That was my initial thoughts, however a hostile takeover is when an individual / entity goes behind the managements back and gathers other holders to make a group effort to take over, this now is my thoughts as to what is in play here. Management 3 got the royal boot (start of meeting or just prior 2.47pm, and 2 left probably out of defeat from the share holders meeting as the two that resigned ann came 530pm which would have been after the meeting. Yes it is speculation however there are good grounds to assume this.
