A hostile takeover (at any premium, no matter how small) to take this private is now the best outcome in my opinion.
5 of the 6 board members gone in one day is crazy.
I've never seen anything like it and the market will not like it at all if they resume trading and pretend everything is okay.
I will accept any offer now around 3.6c to get out.
I'm officially spooked.
