How is Pudu going to manage this mess.
# It is important to highlight that this management team from the CEO to sales to Technology has been entrenched for well over a decade.
Their knowledge and insight of the company , its market and clients is not easily replaceable if not impossible in a short time frame.
# Add the resentment, indignation and possible resignations of directors subordinates/other team members.
# The resigned directors hold a substantial stake. Their combined holdings is roughly 150m or over 10% which is a blocking stake in a T/O & would disrupt Pudu's efforts at privatization....They will also cause major headache for the company with ASIC.
Now management has made its stand .....We wait for Pudu's response......They are no fools & they will not wreck the company if they can not swallow it.
We may have a role to play here on H/C if the matter in not resolved to our satisfaction.......we do have some weight.
