Okay so looking at the meeting results:



The hostile shareholder has obviously gathered considerable support to oust most of the board. So they resigned.

It is likely they were close with the other 2, who then also decided to leave. They weren't up for re-election this meeting but if they were, they would probably also have been voted out.

It is likely, but not confirmed, that the last man standing (Yingming) is connected to the revolting group. But he could just be sticking around to manage things for a few days because of a sense of duty.

While things don't look good, to say they can just delist and we lose everything is not correct.

The positive is that someone with big skin in the game is ambitious and thinks things can be done better than they currently are.

As I said, hopefully there's a takeover and hopefully it's at a decent premium. I believe they need 90% for a takeover or 75% for a SOA so they are not quite there if they have 63.21% and we might have a say which means we might get a premium.
