There is no way that SRN would purposefully go into suspension for something like this.
ASX are extremely picky on these announcements; SRN will have submitted their proposed announcement and ASX will have reviewed and said "you need to do X and Y before you release it". SRN would then have no choice but to request the suspension while they complete the ASX requirements. So while "at the request of SRN" is correct, that request would be necessary due to the response of ASX.
This says nothing at all about whether the announcement is positive or negative; simply the compliance and procedures of ASX which are really, really hard for juniors to work through.
