I think it's just they received two pieces of information that both warranted a reading halt in a two day period. They either had to return to trading this morning or ask for a suspension - the former wasn't possible given the court timing.
I'd live it if the appeal got thrown out at preliminary objections but think it is unlikely. I think it is much more likely a lot of the grounds of appeal get thrown out but some still remain. I still think we will win it all but I'd be surprised if Tanzania couldn't come up with at least one objection the court thought they should hear properly.
