Wow!...just...wow!!
I've never seen a bunch of posts from folk who are punting on a spec stock, and have no idea what's going on, or are unable to read an announcement.
It clearly says. Recompliance transaction...basically, it's a large transaction or acquisition that may require the company to change its structure etc. More than likely an rto of something as large, or bigger than the existing DMM.
How big this is, I have no idea but will no doubt require a capital raise and shareholder approval amongst other things.
All in all, this is a substantial transaction and, the chatter suggests U, but I can't confirm that so it remains as pure speculation
Please, do some learning before spruiking doom and gloom....geez...
