Im assuming they are insolvent as after their last financial report it was obvious with the current cost of running the company, that they would run out of cash in the first quarter without a capital raise. I obviously hope Im wrong but they have provided no imformation to shareholders which is quite dissapointing and they are keeping very quiet. My opinion only.
