It clearly says. Recompliance transaction...basically, it's a large transaction or acquisition that may require the company to change its structure etc. More than likely an rto of something as large, or bigger than the existing DMM.
How big this is, I have no idea but will no doubt require a capital raise and shareholder approval amongst other things.
All in all, this is a substantial transaction and, the chatter suggests U, but I can't confirm that so it remains as pure speculation

What can I say! If your right and Im wrong, then I will be a very happy man! As I mentioned in my previous post the nickel side of the business will be a non earner until market conditions improve significantly! Maybe its the Gibbs River gold tenement thats come up with some good news but a capital raise will definitely be on the cards as cash will be getting very low. But I still hold that the lack of any kind of imformation for us shareholders has been very dissapointing considering the 4mth wait we have for further imformation on this matter. time will tell, cheers.
