    With the merger vote now scheduled for 10:00 a.m. US Eastern Time, on Friday, February 9, 2024, has the extension vote been scheduled yet?
    I've only seen documents with a blank in the meeting date fields. I'm assuming this will need to happen before Friday to beat the 8/2 cutoff?
