Hello. Seems there appears to be confusion. The trading halts and suspensions is generally known as result of PIPE, but it appears there’s confusion as to what this actually entails. Below is link to what was released with SEC on 15/Feb/2024. You can find full details of the changes and transactions, which results to why it’s a good idea to halt or suspend publicly trading EUR shares at market. Take extra note on those capitalised and bolded.
