$10m plus will be required for running costs for 2024 alone - possibly more

$40m for construction and with new contractor - delays and CAPEX

If CR is under $18m or so - then one would anticipate that some of the 85% will have to be offered for one risking their capital

Cant see funding for $40m without equity or % of project offered

Maths - so around $50m will be required before production ( running costs and construction ) for 2024

Good luck with your loading up with the CR - $25m at 11c helped lights stay on and keep dreams alive until now and still have no money in March 2024 - before next weeks reveal
