    That sounds like exactly what we saw last year.
    It might be your base case to see the same thing this year but I don't share that view.
    News and events will be different this year than last year. We will have to wait and see what unfolds. Everything is lining up for construction to commence imminently.
    News ahead of coming out of trading halt will give us a clearer view.
