If we're going to have a guess at big Fish sniffing im going with OCP Group. They're in the process of helping Ghana crank up fert production. OCP are also looking at green ammonia production to cut their reliance on imported N to Morocco albeit with solar and wind. Either way we'll be wiser given a bit of patience.
