    They're an ex-parrot.

    It's not only the share price and accounting irregularities. It's losing the trust of what customers they do have.

    They have customers for whom call recording is a compliance obligation. What customer is going to want to stay with them when there is the strong possibility that Dubber is going to go titsup, and risk seeing all their recordings vanish when they stop paying their AWS bill?
