    "It's complicated" is not an excuse.

    I presume their CFO and finance team who are responsible for preparing their accounts are, you know, actually accountants.

    They were raked over the coals for misstating income just a year ago.

    So is it that their finance team is truly incompetent? Or that they are fraudulent?

    (Edit: why not both?)
