    in accounting there is a spectrum of conservative to aggressive treatment. but the auditors have lines they cannot cross and changing auditors and CFO gave a sence they were the problem rather than the company leadership wanting to go more aggressive than they should and now have to face the reality of being wrong and admitting it. can't change CFO and auditor twice - that card has been played...not what?
