Agree it should be referred to the relevant authorities, and according to the ASX Notice it has been referred to ASIC. The key thing as you have said is "once the facts are established". Let's not shoot anyone before the facts are known. It's possible as I have said in another thread on here that it's not Dubber but the law firm who have erred here. Let's wait and see before grabbing torches and pitchforks. It's not the dark ages........yet.....
