So if the auditor can't make a more favourable conclusion than we're looking at delisting unless they can refinance. But clearly that's not a viable option given that they have exhausted all avenues and are planning to sell equipment at Mildura (I'm guessing the extraction machinery and laying off the staff that run that equipment.)
